釧路支部マルチメディア研究会（小川衛治会長）は４月１３日に４月例会を開催し、「あなたの表現力を高めましょう」と題してシーズサービスの迫田栄重氏が報告、実技指導を行いました。
迫田氏は３つの呼吸法を紹介し、「声は消耗品である。大きな声で話すのは、人によって不快感や威圧感を与えることがあり、自分の喉にも良くない。小さな声でも最大限の声の活用法を学んで欲しい」と述べました。
実技指導では参加者の自己紹介を聞いて、参加者一人一人に口の開け方や腹式呼吸での声の出し方などのアドバイスを送りました。
最後に迫田氏は「自分の声は世界に1つしかない宝物である。ぜひ皆様には自分の声を好きになってほしい。聞きやすい声になれば、仕事用、プライベート用など使い分けることができるようになる。そのためのお手伝いをしていきたい。また、今日の指導をぜひ部下や周りの人にも伝えて欲しい」と語りました。
