同友会釧路支部では８月９日に「会議上達講座」を開催し、当日は、１５名の参加で行われました。
企業経営において経営戦略・マーケティング・財務・人材教育を主体とする経営コンサルティング、ファシリテーション、企業研修を主体に活動している中小企業診断士の松下敏治氏の講座の第３回目で、１・２回目に学んだことを踏まえて総合演習（会議での困った体験を踏まえて解決策を見出す）を行いました。
